    I knew all along … I knew all along how food made me feel, but I cant say it´s had any effect on my eating habits. The sugarcraving in the moment is just so huge I ignore the fact that I know I will feel terrible afterwards!

    for me what works … for me what works is to wean ever i wake up i Warm up for a while and do some sit ups it painfull but if you follow up trough it and make that sacrifice do not reckon of what you eat as much as getting active once you start see results you will start get motivated and than is wean it trully picks up.

    Everything you said is right. Personally, what has worked for me is not to even worry about restrictions but my focus goes into adding lots of really healthy nutritious fruits and vegetables into my diet. It’s as if my body gets the message it is getting all the nutrition it needs & cravings for junk food stop, I lose interest in terrible food when all’s said and done no willpower needed! Cravings are as much physical as psychological, just make the health food tasty!

    from time to time … from time to time we all (mostly) need diet. that is not tragedy, just follow basic rules:
    1. be realistic, do not hope to loose more than a pound a day. 2. do not reckon all day long that you are on diet, concentrate on something else
    3. Ignore other`s “carings” if they notice you are on diet. you can comeback them back by joking, do not take seriously, stay on excellent mood, laugh as much as you can.
    These are rules that work in my case. If you have some other similar rules, please share.:-)

    you shouldn’t burn … you shouldn’t burn more calories than you eat, you need to subtract the basal metabolic rate first otherwise you’ll be in famine mode!

    I reckon you can … I reckon you can burn at minimum 300 – 400 calories every 50 minutes.

    It’s more about what you place in and what energy is used up by your basal metabolics rate (running you body) and how many calories you burn in excersise.
