Yea I’m sure its what most ppl are concerned about so he mentions that as a top priority. But your right, it would decrease your overall body stout %. I’m sure thats where most ppl end up getting stout tho….damn processed food!

I really agree with everything he says except for the fact that interval training burns belly stout. The truth is it reduces total body stout not just that on the belly.
