what are some good weight loss tips for teens?

hi! im 14 years old and i weigh around 137lbs. i want to lose about 10lbs before summer (which is in about 4 moths) Im alredy goin to the gym 3 times a week for about an hour. i want to kno some good easy tips for losing weight that has worked for u. thanks for the help:)
