    THANK YOU.. I eat 6 … THANK YOU.. I eat 6 small meals a day.. the more you eat, the more stout your body burns.. but YOU CANNOT lose weight with just a diet.. U HAVE to get OFF THE COUCH and get your heart rate going… STEAMED CHICKEN, VEGGIES and YOGURT… AND LOTS OF FRUIT.. I have had 4 children and maintain my weight by diet AND exercise.. Cant have one lacking the other…

    End of the day it’s … End of the day it’s about attitude and discipline. If you can stick to your gym and not go over the top on eating you’ll be fine. For some people they don’t need discipline because the genetics or lifeling habits are excellent. For the others it requires more work, but work and discipline nonetheless.

    But what if you are … But what if you are really stout? Shouldn’t you do a lot of cardio AND cut back on your food intake? You make it seem like bringing up the rear weight is impossible.

    you’re simplifying … you’re simplifying things by using someone with an extreme eating disorder. You can be “stout” and still be anorexic, it just doesn’t show up that you look extremely thin because your body stores stout simpler. I know someone who was 300 lbs, ate 300-500 calories a day and went down to 150. No one thought she was anorexic because she wasn’t so thin, but by definition she had bought an eating disorder and had been anorexic for years because she had severe eating disorder.

    I never said it was … I never said it was excellent. I was just pointing out that this so called ‘starvation mode’ is just a myth. You just have to look at anorexics… they’re not overweight.
