What is the fastest way to lost weight?
I have 3 weeks. I need to lost weight off my theighs, hips, and stomach. need to drop at least 10 lbs, 15 would be ideal. but 10 for sure. Any thoughts?

if you run ten miles, and you haven’t run regularly, i guarantee you will lose about ten pounds…after the run, in the restroom.
