How much weight gain is acceptable during pregnancy?

I need to keep my wife walking on egg shells with this issue. I know some women gain weight during pregnancy but i need to minimize this. Can you all tell me how much weight she should be gaining. I will take whatever number you give and subtract five pounds from it, that will be her target weight. If she goes above that i am gone. I don not want her having loose skin, stretchmarks, or saggy breasts when this terrible time is over.

you dont deserve to be a dad. if you really loved her then you will give her time to lose the weight. if she started out skinny that doesnt mean that she will be fat after she has the baby.

    First u need to accept the fact that she is pregnant with ur child and she is the one who will get stretchmarks and loose skin and saggy breasts not u. accept it as a natural change that will bring a happiness in ur life in the face of a beautiful child than all u will be worried abt will be abt her safe pregnancy and delivery not her weight.

    Your wife is pregnant, with your baby, what do you expect, shes going to put weight on there is a baby in there homo.

    You do not deserve a wife, How can she help having stretch marks, or breasts that sag alittle after birth.
