eat lots of protein., peanut butter, meat ect..protein builds muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat….if i were you id start with core exercises(no weights) like pushups situps squats and pullups

Muscle adds weight naturally, as it weighs more than fat. Work out, and eat lots of protein for muscle gain and carbs for energy.

As someone already stated, peanut butter is an excellent source of protein.
Well if you exercise a lot and lift weights then you will build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so naturally you will gain weight. But you will still be muscular.and i would do like 500 crunches a day. I know it sounds like a lot but crunches don’t take long and aren’t hard at all. and you will see results very fast if you stay committed.
I hope I that helped.
