How to lose weight fast and healthily?
I weigh 137 pounds and I really want to lose some weight, because I’m extremely embarrassed to go swimming. I know there’s really no "quick" way to lose weight, but what can I do to lose weight? I always drink water instead of sugary drinks, and I do 100 sit-ups and ballet squats before I go to bed every night. Any other vital tips and exercises I can do for fantastic results? Oh and I want to lose stout on my stomach, hips, and I want to tone my legs.
Ok so when I was 13 and when I just turned 14, I was about 125 pounds and 5’1 or 5’2. They said I was a healthy weight but I didnt look very healthy and I was always embarrassed by how I looked. Anyways now im 15, 113 pounds, and 5’3. I lost weight by walking or running at least an hour a day. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Try running a bit during that time if you can. I live in two homes and theres not much place to run or walk 30 minutes in my second home so I chose to do swimming till I got to my other home. Swimming, and doing as many laps in the pool as you can, burns stout super quick! Well from what i’ve experienced. Also, you could hold on the to side of the pool and kick your legs undersea and that burns stout really quick too. After I started swimming, the scale said I gained more weight (I was 116) but it was muscle, not stout, because I looked skinnier than before. But yeah, thats a few ways you could do it.
Oh, one more thing that could help in weight loss is Apple Cider Vinigar. I know it sounds weird and yucky but it really helps. You take 8 oz of water and place two tsp of apple cider vinigar in it. I place three tsp of it, but for beginners, two would be the best till your stomach gets used to of it. Only if you want. But if you do, take it at least twice a day. All this will really help you lose weight and tone your body.

Fitness always helps. Some asian stores have a tye of belt that vibrates rapidly and ”shakes” the stout out of a body. You use it often for about 20 minutes.
Jumping can help the legs. I would aim for 150 sit-ups instead of 100 if you can do it.
Not sure about the hips…References :

While making telephone calls try walking up and down. I hope you will agree with me that this is an brilliant suggestion.Smoking is terrible for weight loss. Smoking as such may not contribute to weight loss but smoking leads to other conditions like erratic eating habits and excessive dependence on things like coffee. If you despise running, remember, you do not have to run a marathon to stay fit. 10 minutes of cardio each day is excellent enough for most.References :
Try massaging your partner. This is a fun way to lose weight. It is something that can give your partner a lot of pleasure and at the same time can give you a lot of exertion there by leading to weight loss. The attitude over here should of course be you scratch my back I will scratch yours. It should not be a one sided effort or else the interest will soon dwindle. In fact it is a excellent thought if couple takes up weight loss routines together. They can keep watch over each other, help control those urges to eat and motivate each other to stick to the routine. There are a lot of things that couples can do together that can help them to keep physically active.References :
Join a dance class. Dancing is a wonderful way to burn off those extra calories. It is right. When you dance you are in fact burning away a lot of calories. Of course we are not referring to the slow ballroom kind of dances in which one person really leans on the other one for support. We are talking about quick dances. Hi there I hope you find this article intresting as I reckon you will learn it to be relative to your question about bringing up the rear weight.
Struggling with weight loss is not as tough as everybody makes it seem. In reality, you can straightforwardly loose an mean of 3-4lbs a week. Don’t be fooled by those catchy tag lines that read "lose 15lbs in one week". It’s unhealthy, and you’re not going to burn stout bringing up the rear that much that quick. You will in fact cause more destruction to your body and metabolism. In the first week of any diet, you will see an higher than mean loss in weight. This is mostly water loss as your body adjusts to the changes.
Just to be clear, the word ‘diet’ is not going to be used in this report. Why? Because this is not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. Don’t get frightened, these are very straightforward and fundamental changes that you can make to be thriving.
There are three essential components to weight loss that each one needs to know. Using these collectively will maximize the stout you burn, and improve your overall fitness. Each one of these components has a straightforward affect on your body, which is why they need to be used together. The first component is cardio exercise.
Cardio makes up 20% of your overall weight loss. Cardio alone is not powerful enough to cut off those extra pounds. It does, but, complement your effort. Cardio will furthermore give you added energy right through the day, and will overall lift your spirits and makes you feel excellent about yourself. Cardio must in no way be over looked, and should continually be incorporated to any workout regimen. The second component is resistance weight training.
Resistance weight training makes up 30% of your overall weight loss accomplishment. What’s vital to know that the more weight in muscle you erect, the more calories in the day your body requires to maintain that muscle. Remember, you don’t need to ‘bulk up’, you simply need to erect lean muscle. If you are not actively lifting weights, or performing resistance weight training; your muscles are not lean. You can start off by doing low weight workouts, with higher repetitions. This will engage your muscles to burn calories, and to be converted into leaner. The final component to thriving weight loss and the largest by far, you’re eating lifestyle.
Healthy food choices comprise of 50% of you’re weight loss achievement. Your body has to account for each calorie that you ingest. This is why your meals make up such a huge part of these the three components mentioned inside this article. The mean person will burn anywhere from 1500-2000 calories a day. This is called your basal metabolic rate, which is the bare minimum your body requires to survive. This is not together with the exercises you perform through the day. In essence, if you scoff 2000 calories per day (or what ever your basal metabolic rate is), engage in cardio exercise, and resistance weight training. You will be guaranteed to lose weight. It’s that simple… Did I point out that there was a fourth component?
The first three components are the building blocks of any healthy lifestyle. But there is something else that you can resolve to dramatically increase your accomplishment. It will help your body to shed off those extra pounds even simpler….References : http://weightlossdietfordummies.blogspot.com/
