@hbrenner The only … @hbrenner The only guest singers in this video are the Staple Sisters and the older black gentleman singing with them (not sure who he is). Everyone else is a member of The Band.

The Band is THE … The Band is THE BAND!
Rick Danko is most … Rick Danko is most certainly a excellent singer. It seems like he never sings that verse the same way twice, but it always sounds fantastic, no matter how he decides to approach it. Of all the Band’s performances of The Weight, this is doubtless my favorite version of the Crazy Chester verse. I like listening to Danko sing that part. If you don’t reckon highly of his singing, I recomend listening to other material by The Band.
